REFUND POLICY
At Numerons, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us promptly, and we will take the necessary steps to address the issue. This may include correcting the situation, providing a refund, or offering credit that can be used for future orders with Numerons.

If you’re not satisfied with the service and want to initiate the refund process, simply contact our Business Advisors and request a refund. Your refund request will be reviewed by our Senior Management, and we will personally respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Policy
When you make a payment to Numerons, the fees are retained in a client account until the services are rendered. The fees are earned based on the completion of various milestones during the engagement. As a result, refunding earned fees is not feasible, as the resources and man-hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable. Additionally, we cannot refund or credit any money paid to government entities, domain service providers, hosting service providers, or other third parties involved in processing your order. Please note that under any circumstance, Numerons is only liable to refund up to the fee paid by the client.
Procedure for Requesting Refund
To request a refund, contact the relevant engagement manager within 60 days of the purchase. Refund requests made after 60 days will not be accepted, and only credit will be provided for completing or changing the service. We aim to process refund requests within 4 to 5 weeks upon receiving all the required information, such as the reason for refund and bank details for processing the request.
Change of Service
If you wish to change the service you ordered for a different one, you must request this change within 60 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fees and money paid to third-party service providers, will be credited to your Numerons’ account. You can utilize the credit balance for any other service provided by Numerons.
Standard Pricing
Our standard pricing policy ensures no additional service fees under any circumstance. However, this policy does not apply to an increase in the total fee paid to Numerons due to government fees or fees incurred by the client for legal documentation or services from third-party providers. Numerons is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client related to service completion.
Factors Outside our Control
There may be factors beyond our control that can impact the outcome of services provided by our associates, who are not employed by Numerons. These factors are not covered by our guarantee or eligible for a refund. Delays or errors in processing your order by government agencies or third-party service providers cannot be considered grounds for a refund.
Force Majeure
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, such as natural disasters, wars, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Numerons will not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or liable for any delays or interruptions in service performance.
Cancellation Fee
Please note that since we allocate resources and invest time, manpower, and technology in delivering our services, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Numerons IT Solutions. Changes in your situation or personal preferences are not eligible for a refund. If you request a hold on the service processing, we will retain the fee paid in your account until you are ready to proceed. In case you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to government and third-party service providers will apply. However, the cancellation fee will not be applicable in the case of a change of service.
