Vitamin D offers no protection against Alzheimer’s

There is no solid evidence that vitamin D protects against Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and other neurodegenerative diseases. Our bodies make vitamin D when our skin interacts with UV rays from the sun, but the vitamin is also present in certain foods and supplements.
