Abusive Supervision Impacts Employees’ Well-Being and Work Performance

Abusive supervision in the workplace has a damaging impact on not only the employees, but also the business, according to a new study. Researchers at the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas-Dallas found that abusive supervision affects more than 13 percent of U.S. workers.
